The Boilarian Diet is a diet created by Brian Baxter. It is a diet of foods that can only be found out in nature, in their whole and natural state.

While milk can be found in nature, no other mammal drinks the milk of another animal in adulthood naturally and they certainly are not making cheese and butter out of it.

While grains are also found in nature, the Boiltarian Diet only allows rice and oatmeal.

This diet also does not allow fruits and vegetables  that would be poisonous to a human or not edible raw if it was not first cooked. If you can't eat them raw, then you can't eat them on this diet even if cooked.

All meat that is allowed must be boiled or steamed (when appropriate). No baking, broiling or frying etc. No microwaving is allowed on this diet.

Boiling water reaches a temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit. This diet does not exceed that temperature for when you are cooking. Hence the word Boil-tarian.

The Boiltarian Diet is a diet focused heavily on fruits, vegetables and approved grains. As well as approved nuts and seeds in moderation and with meat being treated as a side dish (meat only being allowed once every two weeks).

The bulk of your calories should be coming from fruits and vegetables (mostly RAW when possible) and approved grains. While some tree nuts and seeds are allowed on the Boiltarian Diet they are to be used in moderation.

The goal is to try to keep the calories from fat daily at no more than 10%.

This diet is not about measuring food. Just remember fruits and vegetables are at the top of the list followed by approved grains. Approved nuts and seeds in moderation. Meat once ONLY every two weeks and treat it as a side dish. Try to get as many calories as you can from fruits and vegetables, the more the better.

Be sure to eat a wide variety of foods in a day so you can get adequate nutrition.

Remember, most women require 2000 calories a day in food and most men require 2500 calories a day in food. More if you are active.
